    Sigeman 2013

    With a last-round victory over Jonny Hector, young Hungarian GM Richard Rapport wins Sigeman 2013 on tiebreaks.  The tournament was also a success for veteran GM Nigel Short and young Swedish GM Nils Grandelius.  Dutch GM's Ivan Sokolov and Loek van Wely trailed closely behind.  All 16 decisive games annotated.
